Our wiring harnesses are built to integrate with the control panels we manufacture and the skids our customers build. They leave our Yatala facility ready to connect — correct routing, correct connectors, correct labelling.

We use Deutsch connectors for industrial skid applications, with convoluted tubing, heat shrink, and correct strain relief throughout. Harnesses are built to your drawings or developed alongside the panel design.

As with our panels, we produce harnesses in volume. Same harness, 50 times, to the same specification.

We primarily use Deutsch DT, DTM, and DTP series connectors for industrial skid and plant applications. We also build to customer-specified connectors — send us your drawings and we'll confirm compatibility.

Yes — batch production is our core capability. We build production runs of 5 to 200+ identical harnesses using jig-built techniques to ensure consistent routing, breakout positions, and terminations across every unit.

Do harnesses ship with your control panels as a complete kit?

Yes. Harnesses are built alongside the panel order and shipped as a complete electrical assembly — panels, harnesses, and battery cables together — so your equipment arrives ready for integration.

What specifications do you build wiring harnesses from?

We build from your drawings, or we can develop a harness specification alongside the panel design. If you have an existing harness you need replicated in volume, send us a sample and we'll work from that.
